The Montgomery County website is an example of this text-only ghetto
problem. It has a "text only" link from the main page. It is difficult to
predict on any given day which links you will be able to reach using the
text only version of the site. If you do get to a link, you will very
likely find that a linked document is inaccessible PDF. In order to get an
accessible copy of the budget last year, in which the county was cutting
services of interest to blind people such as library service, I had to
contact a councilmember's office. This should not be necessary.
