Who is eligible: persons with disabilities living in the Baltimore
Metropolitan Area whose income is less than $49,000, especially those
receiving SSDI benefits.

∞ Learn about disability services and asset planning
∞ Learn about other government funded assistance programs.

∞ Bring the following:
1) a social security card for EACH family member
2) W-2 forms for all jobs worked in 2010
3) Child care provider's name, address, and tax ID number
4) all banking account information (voided check and/or savings deposit slip
for direct deposit of your refund)
5) a copy of your 2009 tax return
6)any document or information about money you have received from the IRS or
Maryland
7) all 1099 forms for other Income
8) any other tax related documents you have received.
Every adult must come to sign the return.
