Chris,

Glad to see that you want to be involved with the student division. If
you're planning to be at the state convention in Ocean City, that will be
the fastest way for you to join. If not, let me know and we'll get you in
touch with one of the MABS leadership.

Tony

Subject: [Nfbmd] becoming a member of the MDABS

Hi everyone,

I have just become an official member of NABS (the National
Association of Blind Students!) I've been on their (or our, now)
list for a while, but I'm now a member of the organization. Now,
I'd like to become a member of the Maryland division of NABS, or
the Maryland Association of Blind Students. How can I do this? I
didn't find anything on the NFBMD site. Thanks!

Chris

real problem is the misunderstanding and lack of education that
exists. If a blind person has the proper training and
opportunity, blindness can be reduced to a mere physical
nuisance." -- Kenneth Jernigan (President of the National
