MGA is sponsoring U.S. Senator Ben Cardin at Vantage House in Columbia,
MD.  Senator Cardin will be speaking on "How to Protect Medicare and
Social Security as a Guaranteed Benefit." 

 

Senator Cardin will cover the following topics:

 

- What is meant by the $716 million cut from Medicare and dispelling the
myth surrounding this number

- How Medicare has and will be changing under the Affordable Care Act as
the health care system changes to become more efficient and re-direct
resources more wisely

- CBO project numbers for saving money while expanding services

- Dangers of the much discussed "Fiscal Cliff"
