retirees who want to work long hours and do extensive walking.   

	Announcement 

	Positions available for full time temporary, one year,
independent contractor positions in Baltimore County and Anne Arundel
County, Maryland. Persons will work as certified individual navigators
and have the historical role of implementing health care insurance for
all. They will be the ground troops, enrolling persons in insurance
plans made possible by the Affordable Care Act (ACA), President Obama's
landmark legislation. This is a perfect position for high energy early
retirees, retired teachers and those retired from the federal
government.  Also perfect for recent college graduates and law school
graduates.  The person(s) will be an independent contractor for just one
year under grant funding. This means no employee benefits; no taxes are
withheld from the consultants paychecks; independent contractors must
report their own taxes to the government. Moreover, because it is a one
year contract, workers will not be eligible for unemployment
compensation benefits. 

	The pay scale is $25,000 to $50, 000 depending on experience and
qualifications. I have attached the job description.  I have also
attached 2 press releases which give more information about what a
certified navigator will do. Workers will be hired in July when the
federal grant funds are released.
