Good Evening,
I understand there's been a lot of changes within services for the blind and visually impaired however, the fact that I have yet to be notified of my new counselor and I'm currently in the process of receiving services from BISM and in need of mobility tickets in order to do some of the services at BISM is in my opinion unacceptable. I was notified of my case being transported only after trying to acquire support from DORS. I did have to handle some medical issues however I do feel you coming to a close and I'm going to need to return to receiving services at BISM and this is causing a delay in my case. I also have not been contacted with the new counselors contact information to request anything from that person. Please contact me at your earliest convenience so that we can discuss this matter further.
Thanks,
Melissa Treaster
