Dear NFBMD family,
Yes, it is true, we won the case.
The wordict sheet had 7 questions and all the answers were in my favor. We did not get any damages, but I am not concerned about it. The county has to find reasonable accommodation in the MC311 call center or outside to give me meaningful employment opportunity. Thanks to all we have won. This will open many more opportunities for many other blind people.

Hi Ronza,

I am incredibly delighted to be the first to give you the triumphant news that, after so many hours and days of deliberation, the jury found on Friday afternoon in favor of Yazmin! This is a historic and, I'm sure you will agree, significant victory.

I hope this message finds you very well and in your customary bright spirit.

With fraternal regards,

Maurice

Hi Folks,
I saw a tweet about a press release related to Jasmin's case, but the link doesn't work. Can someone tell me what the jury verdict found?

Thanks,
Ronza
