Subject: [NFBMD] School ending IEP services without both parents consent

Can one parent attend an IEP meeting and agree to end IEP services for their child without the consent of the other parent? When they share 50/50 legal custody and the child is legally blind and has dyslexia. The school wants to move her to a 504 plan.
I am not in favor of this, but was unable to attend the IEP meeting.

Are there any lawyers that would take this on pro bono if it were to go that far?
