[NFBMD] NFBMD Digest, Vol 104, Issue 14

Chapter picnic	Constitution park is in downtown Cumberland Maryland.  It's
about a 3 hour drive from the Baltimore/Washington area and about a 6 hour
drive from Salisbury which is on Maryland's eastern shore.  Where are you
coming from?  If coming from the Baltimore/dc area get on interstate 70
until you get to Hancock and at that point turn on to i68 and head for
downtown Cumberland.  I don't remember the exit number off the top of my
head.  If you are coming from another part of the world you have a major
trip on your hands just to get to an nfb of Maryland picnic.
