[NFBMD] encountering a blind patient

Sometimes when they put a trake down your throat, it is impossible to talk.
This happened with Tina because she had breathing problems and for a blind
person, it was impossible for me to communicate with her and her with me and
I needed help interpreting head nods and hand gestures and fortunately the
people at the University of Maryland hospital were very helpful.
