I did a little more digging, and found that Speaker Ryan has two office numbers—one which is devoted only to his position as Speaker, and one which actually leads to his congressional office in Washington. I daresay that you would have a greater likelihood of speaking to a person if you use the contact information found here: https://paulryan.house.gov/contact/washingtondc.htm.
