Peter that sounds strange to me especially if the rest of the state is
closed.  Btw, I was in third grade at Campus School in Washington in an
assembly when it waqs announced that President Kennedy had been
assassinated.

One of the nuns roll Dan with the TV cart turn the TV on and we watch the

Thursday, November 22, is Thanksgiving so I believe that if a meeting is
scheduled at the DORS headquarters, it certainly will not be on that date.
Maryland state  government is closed Thanksgiving Thursday, as well as the
Friday that follows.
