Please join me in congratulating Nicole Fincham Shehan and James Shehan on the recent birth of their daughter.  Here are the details:  

Cacia Noelle Shehan was born January 29, 2019 at 10:55 AM. She weighed 6 pounds and 13 ounces and was 20 inches long. The phonetic spelling and pronunciation of her name is Ca see ah.
