Dear Federation Family,
It is with a heavy heart that we share that Clarence's sister Barbara A
McQueen passed away on Sunday, July 10, 2022, with her beloved family by her
side. Many of you may know Barbara from her work at BISM as a Driver/Reader
and more for the Senior's SAIL program. Barbara was an angel sent from the
Lord above who exemplified agape love. She took the time to assist many
blind people in doing all aspects of daily living. Barbara always went the
extra mile with a smile to assist anyone in need, especially the blind who
had a special place in her heart. Barbara was a real trooper, and she will
be missed by all. Please see Barbara A. Hennigan-McQueen's funeral
