Greetings guide dog users and friends,

The National Federation of the Blind of Maryland Guide Dog Committee
meetings will be held on the last Saturday of each month by Zoom.

Our next meeting will be held on Saturday, May 28, 2022

Time: 10:00AM to 12:00PM (Zoom room open at 9:45AM)

In remembrance, we will conclude by dedicating some time to honor our guide
dogs who have passed over the rainbow bridge.

All are welcome to share their guide's name, gender, breed, school, and
years served along with a favorite characteristic or story about that guide
that you would like to tell.

Anyone interested in guide dog-related topics are welcome to join us! Your
concerns, questions and input are important to us. We want to hear from you.

Please feel welcome to contact Sherry Shirek at 701-781-3055 for assistance
joining the meeting.

The National Federation of the Blind of Maryland knows that blindness is not
the characteristic that defines you or your future. Every day we raise the
expectations of blind people, because low expectations create obstacles
between blind people and our dreams. You can live the life you want;
blindness is not what holds you back.
