Hi everyone.
We have some *great* events that I hope you can attend.
As you may know, we are again collecting short (15-30 second) videos about
your love of the library. We are helping libraries across the state gather
stories from their patrons. To participate, please complete this media
release form
<https://content.govdelivery.com/attachments/MDLIBRARY/2025/03/18/file_attachments/3199304/Photo_Video%20Release_101%20Reasons.docx>
and email your submission to ashley.biggs1 at maryland.gov. Submissions should
be sent no later than April 15, 2025.
Baltimore Clayworks will come to teach another tactile clay class. It will
be held on Friday, April 25, from noon to 3 p.m. Registration is required,
but the program is free to attend. You can register here

.
We have the 2025 Virtual Hike
<https://msla.maryland.gov/Pages/2025VirtualHike.aspx>. This year, we are
stepping into the world of Winnie the Pooh. We have several on-demand
events/programs, including a Honey Hunt, an audio tour of Ashdown
Forrest, and the Pooh Corner in England.
We will have a tactile tour of the Guiness Brewry on Saturday, April 12, at
Noon. It is expected to last one hour. This program is exclusively for LBPD
patrons 21 and older. Transportation will not be provided. Spots are
limited. Please register here
<https://marylandlibraries.libcal.com/calendar/ExternalCalendar/Brewery25>.
We will have our monthly Technology User Group meeting on April 12, 2025.
We will host NLS to discuss the new player and other national events. There
is no registration for this event. You can access the event information here
<https://marylandlibraries.libcal.com/event/13623314>.
We will host a movie day with Enoch Pratt Free Library on Saturday, April
19, 2025. We are watching an audio-described version of *Christopher Robin*.
You can register here <https://marylandlibraries.libcal.com/event/14101427>.
Finally, we will have a tea tasting on April 24, 2025. It will be held
virtually, though the library will send tea packets to the first 50
registered people. You must register to receive your tea kit. You can
register here <https://marylandlibraries.libcal.com/event/14101532>.
Those are just the highlights! As always, you can access our full calendar
of events here

post information about programs, events, and services there first! Feel
