Technically he should contact his library for the blind, it is the Government's, not his. They probably don't want it back, but they can tell him how to properly dispose of it, considering it has rechargeable battery, etc.

A gentleman who lives in Towson called the IMAGE Center today saying that he= is looking for a new home for an NLS cassette player he has. It is a model C= 1, and I believe from his description that it is a 4-track talking book play= er. At this time I don't know if he plans to sell it or donate it.
