Thank you, everyone. He told me he contacted NLS initially and they didn't want it. I suggested that he contact our library and also gave him the center's number. So, if he hasn't already called either of those places and been so advised, I'll call him when I'm back at work tomorrow and relay the information you've given me.

We should check with the library, but I think all NLS technology is technica= lly on loan and belongs to the US government.
