Mary, I'll take one of the Friday slots as I'll have that day off from
work; Thursday evening MAY be do-able. Thanks.

Subject: [nfbmi-talk] Help inthe hospitality suite

Dear Colleagues,
I have been pleased with the response to our need for volunteers
inthe hospitality suite, 6805. However, there are still a few
holes. We especially need people for Thursday afternoon: 12:00
to 8 P.M. We have a hole on Friday morning from 8:00 to 12:00
A.M. We still need folks at other times so that we can have more
than one or two people there at once. We need someone who can
read and write print or braille, prefer braille, to take
messages and answer people's phone calls needing information.
Then we need people to get coffee or water, and/or just greet
people and chat and welcome them.
I do not want to take people away from the information table
inthe lobby as I feel this is really our first place to need to
be.
Of course, we will fill in at our caucas, on WEDNESDAY night,
July 1, refreshments, (asking a donation for the food), occurring
at 6:00 PddM inthe Michigan suite, 6805 Then our caucas at
8:00.
My butterflies have gone oudoors, pretty much. Thank you
everyone for all that you have done. See you at the Ren Cen.
Contact me by e-mail at marywurtzelçomcastsionet or call

Sincerely,
Mary Wurtzel
