It sure seems like the college policy they are voting on on Friday violates the rules that are stated below in Joes message. Feel 
free to correct me if I am wrong. Also, the Deleg financial needs form is still in the policy. Elizabeth pointed out why this form 
is not a good idea. It is a better policy than the one they presented in March, but the one Elizabeth Mohnke and Fred Wurtzel wrote 
was even better!
