Ok. Here is what I am formally requesting of you and the board:

I wish to see in accessible format (i.e. a Word document), pursuant to your and MCB's obligations under Title II of the ADA, subpart e, communications the precise document that will be voted upon next Friday.

I am not requesting a draft. I am requesting the precise document in advance of this meeting.

The public has the right to know and blind folks have the right to know in accessible format.

  This is the document that reflects the work group consensus.  There were additional comments by staff and consumers during a feedback window that went through 7-19-2010.  All the additional feedback that came in that was not fully addressed or agreed upon at the work group was sent to the commissioners and the work group members.  This included a complete draft written by Fred Wortzel and Elizabeth Monnk. The board has been ask to read all the info, hear any public comment at the board meeting, discuss any additions or deletions or changes they want to offer, and to vote on whether to accept the document I sent you, modify the document I sent you and then vote on the version they decide on.

        With all the drafts going about on the college policy I am a bit confused as to which one will be voted upon next Friday. Could you please send me the one being voted upon as a Word attachment? Or if it is on the web site could you point me to the url?
