Hi Fred,

I did excerpt ths but the link to the total is in there. I just didn't wish 
to clutter the list with the whole Senate Journal Report.

This was about a month after the Senate nixed them on the first go around 
with other reappointments of course.

Now, the Gov. is not making special consideration here in my opinion as she 
on this date reappointed others vetoed by the Senate.

I have not seen the Senate approve them though. and you are correct they 
have sixty days from August 6, 29010.\

I do think though since they are hanging in the wind this might have been 
one reason that the recent meeting was moved up to August 26 from its 
original date in September.

Honestly, I think Geno might be coming around, but I don't think Wolfe is.

Just my take anyway. And again I did excerpt this from the entire Senate 
Journal Report of August 6, 2010.
