Hi Lydia,

No matter what policy they want the Rehab Act still applies and that goes to 
the requirement in the IPE that assessments can be requested or need to be 
made

Frankly, they are in this case a part of transitional services anyway.

And they cannot point, once again absent the policy tin this policy to 
denying assessments required in the Act and Rules themself.

So I'm not really concerned about this personally except we've got some 
pretty goofy counselors out their who don't seem to read the Rehab Act or 
who even apparently know about how to develop an IPE.

I'm certain you'll do ok though...Grin....
