Why hasn't the MCB policy manual at: http://www.michigan.gov/printerFriendly/0,1687,7-154-28077_28313_33130-15015--,00.html been updated to be in compliance with the Rehab Act and the RSA monitoring requirements to this very date? This goes to the illegal requirements vis a vis maintainence, etc. that are still in this manual. Joe
