Hi Georgia and All,

J.J. has written a script for Window-Eyes which is for searching for
products. It is very fast and provides a description, the price and the
store. There is a link to go to the website to order. This year, for
the
first time, I used it to buy Christmas presents for the family. It is
soo
cool to order the product, pay online, get a tracking number to follow
the
shipment and have it delivered directly to the house, no muss, no fuss.
J.J. is a genius and I love the Product Search script.

Warmest Regards,

Fred

Dear Tonya,
Merry Christmas!
Dear, is too bad you don't have high speed internet and a computer. I
didn't have it for a long time and I have considered getting rid of it
and
going somewhere locally --taking my thumb drive and downloading what I
want.

I guess I would need a big thumb drive. The internet has really opened
doors to me partly because I enjoy kicking back and watching a movie,
reading Newsline online and well there are just so many options with a
desktop computer. I get the blind Bargains from J.J. and I shopped on
amazon

for the first time for my husband. I can find almost anything when
searching

with google, Newsline is easy to read online, my reader helped me get on
Facebook, I can do email, download podcasts and there are always
always
new things to learn to do. I told the founder of the Freenet that I
really
missed my computer when it was getting repaired and well he readily
agreed
with me. I felt that he understood how the net opened so many doors.
Now,
there are still issues with poor access on many sites but this is
slowly
improving.

The message that Joe writes by the way goes to everyone on the list. I
think

he is telling us about a service that is helpful to him and I will agree
that it is great.
If I do switch back to dial up I will use the Genesee Freenet, a
statewide
service that is dial up. I will be limited but it will save some money.
I
like to go to the Farmers Market and I have a couple of things I get
regularly that would be a pain to make by hand. So I guess if I value
eating healthy over high speed which has spoiled me.

I hope you have a wonderful and Blessed Christmas.
Georgia
