Say did anyone take note that all the people who got promoted recently including James Hull, Constance Zanger, and Cheryl Hiebeck are all defendents in a lawsuit (Eagle v. Cannon, Pilarski, et al) for alledged violations of the Randolph Shepard Act and 42USC19783 civil rights violations?

Now, I didn't see this as a qualification under the job specs, but I guess it must be so.

Man, something wonderful to have on ones resume I guess.

I didn't catch this but I don't think it is part of the Comprehensive Personnell evaluations and criterion needed for the State Plans that we in Michigan don't make public or have public hearings about.

Guess I should look at it again though.

Maybe its in some hidden staff training manual that one of the qualifications for promotion and work in this arena is to systemically violate all due process rights, and multiple laws.

Holy smoke folks all we have to do to get these big time, big buck jobs is to mailiciously and intentionally violate over and over again established civil rights of blind folks.

Now, let's just get on with the program here eh?

Joe
