Hi Joe,

To myy understanding, Client Assistance Program (CAP) was created by the
Rehab Act.  MPAS is a non-profit that has a contract to provide the
services.  They are not accountable to clients, only to the agency that pays
them.

Let me know if I have that wrong, but I think someone else could bid on this
service.  I would sure like a little competition for MPAS.

Your name is not associated. By the way I will be making a complaint to M 
PAS for that action which went to my point that:

a most folks aren't informed by MCB staff about CAP rights

and

b if they get them and the phone number they don't get returned calls in 
timely manner or directory information like I simply asked for

By the way I did get it on myown before this post Elizabeth. CAP is 
federally funded and actually created by the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 
itself.

They are also required to supply data to RSA related to cases. And that goes

to the infamous monitoring report as well.
