Hi Joe,

No matter who it was, why would an advocacy agency withhold contact
information.  Regarding all the monitoring stuff where is MPAS?  They get a
pile of mone for protecting and advocating.  How much do you or Elizabeth or
Larry or any of the rest of get?  The guys are ripping us all off.  We would
be better off with out them and then use the money for more case services.
They give a vail of legitimacy to the corru\ption, as Larry says, within
MCB.  They are co-conspirators.  Joe, you are in touch with this stuff, what
good are you aware of that they have done?

To be accurate Fred it was someone else at P and A that wouldn't give me her

e-mail contact.

By the way I still think she was right as far as she went on the college 
policy issue though I didn't hear it all.

But there needs to be changes in CAP in delivering of services and even 
information about them.

One thing Im sending her next are the complete minutes of the meeting in 
July 2008 where she and Tom Masseau were at and where John Hunt and you told

your stories about trying to contact CAP on service delivery issues...Not to

mention all the Richard Clay stuff that was going on at the time trying to 
get that office to return phone calls and such only to get good ole "Bullet 
Bob Robertson" out there investigating "bullet proof" drapes for that very 
meeting!

Oh do you think Bob might have spent a little more attention on getting the 
standards and indicators and the complete consumer satisfaction surveys that

are still not done now two years later together?

Oh, my another RSA homework assignment missed by those poor bullied 
administrators at MCB.

My if only those nasty consumers would just go away with all their 
complaints and stuff eh?

Oh, no...What if the blind all did go away...Oops back to the drawing board 
on that concept...

I mean we need a few pesky consumers after all...Just a few mind you don't 
wish to over work those folks down there in the Victor Office Building....
