I don't mean to be rude here, but hahahahaaaahahahaaaaaaa that is funny I've
never received anything of the sort in my life when they closed my case. If
they ever get around to sending me one, my response wont be very nice.

I have several very complex Rehabilitation Services Administration annual
reviews and a dated monitoring report on MCB. Many of us have been trying to

get the information related to the RSA's recent monitoring of the
Commission.

Perhaps that is what you are referencing?

In addition if you are a recent consumer with a closed case you should have
had a survey (consumer satisfaction survey). That is required by the law
(rehab act). But, MCB hasn't got around to that requirement of the law or a
whole lot of other things for that matter.

Anyway if I can be of any assistence in these areas please feel free to
write me at: joeharcz at comcast.net

Best Regards,

Joe
