Hi Fred,

You are ccorrect, but the contract for Rand's services through CSAVR 
predates Cannon's presidency of NCASB...

It appears that she contracted with CSAVR from 2002 and NCASB contracted for 
her services through CSAVR from at least 2004 which are as far back as 
records go on the NCASB web site.

Bottom line is that it appears she was ripping off both orgas, and thus 
ripping off taxpayer's monies that should have been put into promoting VR 
and IL programs for all PWD and for the blind as well.
