Hi Fred,

This code sounds like something they need to adopt alright.However, how 
would some folks get promoted if they didn't close all those cases. Social 
security says it is an unsuccessful employment   try if you are there for 
only six months. but the MCB  says a successful closure is after 30 
days...Am I correct? I know the state needs the money and all but I think 
there needs to be a place where the worker should explain how they assisted 
the person with problem solving. They have to be a good communicator and 
pick up on what the client is telling them. They need to be alert to body 
language and if they can't see then they need to train their driver to help 
with this one. My husband is good at telling me about this latter item even 
though sometimes it doesn't matter if I know but it enriches my 
understanding nevertheless.
