Hi,

Great stuff and more germane to the MCB Administration I think, but not bad
guidelines for the board for sure. Do you know whether or not any of MCB's
administration belongs to this org? Especially area supervisors and the
Executive Management Team (Cannon, Jones, Zanger, Heibeck, Robertson, White,
McNeil, Kisial, Wilson, and others would fall into these categories if one
includes assistant supervisors...) By the way Certified Rehabilitation
Counselors have their own code of ethics and in my mind all those who fought
against the rights of blindstudents at the college policy meeting and the
rule of law in fact (the Rehab Act) violated this code in spades and in
multiple ways.

(That and the fact they violated the Rehab Act itself...)

Anyway Fred this is a wonderful contribution. Trully wonderful indeed.

Thanks as always.

Joe
