[nfbmi-talk] mcb??

Hi Tonya,

I can say with certainty that neither I nor the NFB of Michigan will stop
until there is justice and fairness and that any blind person who wants a
job can go to the Commission and have confidence that all that is possible
will be done to help them get a job and I mean a good paying job, not a
sub-minimum make-work job. We have to stick up for each other if we are
going to ever fix this mess.

Warmest Regards,

Fred

Well I thank you very much Fred. That actually does make a lot of sense.
Well see, I understand, but that's why I said a lot of these things need to
be changed, and like I said if many people call Pat Buchanan and leave a
message on his machine like I did; then he will know that more and more
people they are not liking what's happening there, and they will not sit on
their hands and say oh well, you know? Because I realize that things are
hard to change, but you know what? That doesn't mean that you can quit just
because things are hard. You know? Yeah sure things are hard and difficult,
but that doesn't mean that you can sit on your hands and say, "Oh things are
so hard", you know, and be a quitter. I wasn't raised a quitter. I was
raised to fight for my rights, and dog gonnit I'm going to do it. I mean fi
you want to run with your tail between your legs, that's fine, but not me.
I'm not going too. Granted I'm not saying you in general, I'm just saying
anybody. If they want to do that, well then hey more power to them. They're
not going to get anywhere in life. That's all I'm saying. I mean do you want
someone to speak up, or do you just want me to sit back and say, "Oh, oh,
oh, well, yep, yep, yep, you're right. you're right. That's the way things
are. I'm going to just sit back and be dumb." I mean come on now, think
about it Fred. Now can we really afford to be doing.
