Hello Karen,

I am writing to clarify my earlier post.  You have informed me that Lake
Trust Credit Union presently complies with the aDA with regard to its Atm's.
You told me that there is presently no requirement for  ATM's to be
accessible to blind people with regard to providing a headphone jack and
speech output.  You said the ADA requires Braille on ATM's and that Lake
Trust machines comply with this requirement.

I was not criticizing you or Lake Trust.  The Victor Building ATM is not
accessible to blind people who cannot read the screen.  That is what I was
saying.  I was trying to explain that Lake Trust is presently in compliance
and that efforts are being made to prepare for audio access.  We appreciate
your efforts and look forward to having all Lake Trust ATM's fully
accessible to blind people in the future.

that the ADA requirements do not effect Lake Trust Credit Union, yet.  You
also said that the present fleet of ATM's cannot be retrofitted.
