Hi,

The only thing I can think of is if someone had to travel to another city or
would incur bus or cab fares for assessment services.  Not sure of other
scenarios where it would apply.

What concerns me is the link between maintenance and assessment for
services. If the Commission is suppose to be responsible for providing
assessment services as a non-comparable benifet, then why would assessment
services need to be a part of maintenance?
