[nfbmi-talk] Maintenance Policy

Hello Fred,
 
What concerns me is the link between maintenance and assessment for services. If the Commission is suppose to be responsible for providing assessment services as a non-comparable benifet, then why would assessment services need to be a part of maintenance?
