Amazon sells a four pound box of Traverse Bay Dried Cherries for $17.77.
They have no preservatives and made in Traverse City Michigan, according to the description. Made by the Traverse Bay Fruit Company.
I wonder if these could be put in to 3 or 4 ounce bags and sold as a fund raiser? Perhaps the vendors on this list may have a better idea if this is feasible or the costs involved. How long would they keep, etc?
You could get roughly 21 3-ounce bags and sell them for $3 a piece for $63. Even at $2 a bag, you potentially double your money.

Haven't we sold cherries before? I'm not sure how this price compares to what we have done before.
They also have cranberries.
