Hope things are well with you.
I'm not sure the point of hooking this to a cable. It is for those who want
to use an antenna and not have cable and don't want a TV. This is a cheap
and convenient choice, and if I understand, it also has a radio. It does
stereo, too. I wonder if it has the secondary channels, which seems likely,
since it is adapted from a Radio Talking Book receiver, as I understand.
Man, the price of cable is way too high as far as I am concerned, so this is
appealing. Mostly, I only watch CNN. Otherwise, I watch Lansing channels
which i could get for free with this receiver.

This does not appear to be able to work with cable services because there is
no way to input material accept through with the antenna. I had a similar
thought, though, Fred, to Input the signal from a cable box and use it that
way. It ought to be able to be done with slight modifications.
