Budget exceeds 20 million, so these comments are pertinent.

Well Fred, I'd first purchase the newest accessible tech out there!  I would
also invest in some of the better ideas for that technology.  I think I'd
also open up a location and sell it.  Not only by internet but also maybe
open up a chain of stores where folks could come in and mess with the stuff
by actually holding and using it.    
Intelligence is always claimed but rarely proven!
