Hello List,
 
I appreciate the board taking the time to make a decision regarding the room situation for Washington Seminar. However, to make sure that everyone is on the same page here, I would like to see the motion be posted on the email list as soon as possible. I just want to make sure that this motion is carried out as it was agreed upon by the board during the meeting.
