Absolutely.  Our guest floors are 3rd through 11.  Floors 3, 4, 5, 9, 10, and 11 are all accessible floors.

  Once again it was a pleasure speaking with you the other day.  I appreciate the information you were able to provide and the additional information you sent over yesterday.  As per our conversation, we are committing to providing housing for sight challenged guests on our renovated guest floors which currently comprises 2/3rd of our inventory.  These floors have appropriate signage with raised Braille lettering.  I have communicated this expectation to our front desk team.  In addition, we will ensure that we address this issue on the final three floors during our renovations scheduled in 2012.
