Outstanding! Actually sounds like a "hate crime" to me in the strictest and
most legal sense of that term.

Regardless, this looks great.

Peace with Justice,

Joe

Subject: [nfbmi-talk] {Disarmed} Evans'Bill to Help Protect Service
AnimalsReceives House Endorsement

Greetings All:

A friend of mine in Pennsylvania has been working for the past several
years, on behalf of legislation to protect guide dogs and service dogs from
attack, by penalizing the owners of dogs who attack these animals. My
friend Passle and her dog have been jumped by other dogs more than once, but
on one occasion they were so savagely attacked that both my blind friend
and her dog were grievously injured.

The bill got a little closer to daylight yesterday, and I thought that some
of you might enjoy reading about this happening in Pennsylvania.
