As a dog user myself, I do know that most service dogs won't attack even when they are cornered. Pennsylvania is sure doing a great thing! Not only for the protection of service dogs but also for the people involved. When I got my dog, I was told in case of attack just let her go and call for help. But how is she going to defend herself with leash and harness on! And of course, whether a service dog or a pet, you are always supposed to be in control of your animal!
Intelligence is always claimed but rarely proven!
