[nfbmi-talk] Straight Stuff

By the way I think the Hill case starts Monday and aside from the untold
tens of thousands of dollars already lost to consumers in legal defense and
lost staff time on this travesty I think this case will cost the Commission
(i.e. consumers) at very least the $500,000 recomended for settlement to
begin with.

Their attorney has a good track record in winning just settlements in
similar cases.

I sincerely hope that Dave gets justice and at a minimum the remedies set
forth in the Civil Service decision.

It should have been more in my opinion. But, again it goes, just as you said
to eventually losing services for people.

It is all so sad and trully pathetic.

And the buck must stop at the top.

Peace,

Joe
