That would only apply though to standard signs like those on restrooms, 
etc., not for those at stake for example in labeling permanent rooms like in 
MCB or other state facilities or in public schools like the one Jeff goes 
to.

By the way all public entities were to have appropriate raised character and 
Braille signs on every permanent room as of July 26, 1995.

The real shame is that these entities of state and local government have 
violated the civil rights of millions now for more than a decade and one 
half.
