Hi Fred,

Not to be anal or anything else, but I thoughtElizabeth was simply asking
for opinions. I didn't think they needed or requested anything more. Correct
me if wrong here Elizabeth, but wasn't that what you wanted?

Regardless being cslightly confused myself I'm only wonderrring if the
division requires a vote on this thing and if that is what Elizabeth was
preficing?

Regardless, I think that Elizabeth was using this list most appropriately in
trying to give us all an accessable "heads up" to what she is proposing.

I also think that given the dirth of accessable venues to make such things
accessable to all that this is highly appropriate.

in other words I think she was asking for suggestions as to the language,
etc. of her concerns which I think highly appropriate.

Now, as per formalities, legalities and all that I just don't know.

But, certainly I must say that if there are spelling or grammatical errors
or whatever in any Constitution it nmakes us look bad if nothing else
andshould be rectified.

So far as this all goes I am in full agreement with what Elizabeth has done
as far as I understand it and I applaud, as I've done in the past her
efforts so far as they go in these regards too.

My only contention on this issue being somewhat coulded here Fred by
receiving only snippets...Not the fault of anyon here...Is this:

"This isn't the domain of Larry as you suggest per se." This should be a
Constitutional matter based upon rule of law, and the Constitution is the
law in our regards.

Now do not get me wrong here and this is by no means an attack upon you,
Larry or Elizabeth in these matters.

It is just that NFB MI is a duelly constituted board with 501 (c0 (3)
obligations and with other "fiduciary charges" of stewardship including in
its design and guiding principles and actions like its Constitution, as our
affiliates and all that too...

Anyway, the only and I repeat only thing I have disagreement with here Fred
is that it isn't "larry's call" as you suggest.

NFB is a democratic organization and it is thecall of the "body politic" in
this type of thing. that is the issue

Thisis not personal in the least again by the way. My comments neither
disparage you, Larry or Elizabeth but state principles in fact, law and
equity that are not disputable.

I
