Dear Sue,

I'm writing today to receive all the information that commissioner's have in accessible format pursuant to obligations under the ADA and Section 504 related to the attached upcoming MCB meetings.

(Re: agenda after my signature line).

Now I do not need the following items as I already have them:

-prior referenced draft meeting minutes
-the MCB Report
-the Activities List
-and of course the referenced agenda.

These documents may simply be sent to me as either plain text enclosures or as Word attachments.
