Yes, and even a double shame if the reason for this is based upon the fact
that MCB might well take "merit based" scholarships inin outright denial of
the Rehab Act and apply them illegally towards the costs of maintainance,
etc.

This goes to the core of the crap lodged against Christine Boone in the
public record in here Penn VR lawsuit.

For indeed she was fired illegally for not signing on to illegal actions.

She won on paper a $3.5 million lawsuit for the perfidy of the State of
Pennsylvania in these regards. Again this is public record.

Fast foward to this very day and CAP in Pennsylvania is working diligently,
unlike Michigan to ameleriolate this very issue of actuall theft of funds.

What is it that scofflaws like Cannon don't understand about the Rehab Act
which funds it?

The plain language of the laws of this land is simply, "Plain".

Yet, these clowns engage in arbitrary and capricious behavior on a daily
basis.

The case of Chris Boone is illustrative and again in the public domain.

In short and in my earthy tone she was screwed in Pennsylvania. She was
screwed here in Michigan even with nominal civil service protections.

But, my colleagues think about this: "As screwed as Chris was and again in
the public record she had more legal and other resources than the average
blind person. This is not in the least a knock at all on Chris. It is a
statement of fact and the fact is that the average blind person here in
Michigan has no protection from the infamy of a system totally out of
control and that goes well above and beyond the laws of this land including
civil rights laws.
