VoiceOver is quite usable, but it is quite different from JAWS.  The 
key commands are not the same and some of the underlying concepts 
with the Mac and  VoiceOver are different.  Pre-conceptions from 
Windows and JAWS seem to be a big part of what a Windows user has to 
get past when learning the Apple.
