[nfbmi-talk] fyi braille transcribing certificationFw: certification info

[Georgia Kitchen]

I got  this info from the national center.  people can access the online version of the transcribing manual online. It is the latest one, published in 2009. There are lots of changes the national center tells me.

I have an old braille  transcribing manual, about 7 big braille volumes. Does anyone want this?? I can mail it free to someone who is blind. 

I really need to size down.
